Our History

​Husband and wife team Welby Miranda and Marjorie Lunas founded Welmar Cleaning Services in 2015, initially as a landscape company. However, as their lives evolved, so did their business. In 2018, they transitioned into house cleaning in Sanford, starting anew to provide top-notch cleaning services. This shift became their passion, commitment, and livelihood, leading to the rebirth of Welmar Cleaning Services. We understand that inviting someone into your home to clean is a personal and intimate experience. We promise that our team will treat your home with the same care and respect as we would our own.​

Having achieved everything through our efforts, we fully appreciate what we have and endeavor to do our best for every client.   • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, please let us know, and we can accommodate your request.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within this period, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home. However, we will need a way to access your home, such as a door code or key. If you prefer to be present, we are all ok about that as well. Whatever makes you comfortable.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning services?
    We accept payments via Zelle and credit cards. Please note that there is a $5 fee for credit card payments. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Do you guarantee your work?
    Absolutely! We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with any area we’ve cleaned, just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll re-clean it at no additional cost.
  • Can I request the same cleaning team for every visit?
    We strive to provide consistency, so we do our best to send the same team to your home for each visit. However, this is subject to availability.
