Our History
Husband-and-wife team Welby Miranda and Marjorie Lunas founded Welmar Cleaning Services in 2015, originally as a landscaping company. As life evolved, so did the business. In 2018, they transitioned into residential home cleaning in Sanford, beginning a new chapter focused on delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning services.
What started as a shift soon became a passion — a commitment and a livelihood — leading to the rebirth of Welmar Cleaning Services.
